heals ?

Do any of you girls wear heals for special occasions? I did for prom and graduation and its kinda annoying having people tell me no to. i mean i know how to use them and walk in them. I don't think its bad is it? As ling as i don't fall right?

I wear heels or platforms to work everyday. I stopped wearing anything over 3 inches but still wear heels everyday. I went to my last ob appointment wearing heels and she told me as long as I'm comfortable it doesn't matter, but maybe that will change when I get bigger. I'm 12+1

The other reason they worry about heals is as we get bigger our center of gravity is different and our balance isn't the best.  I still wore them up until my feet and legs couldn't take it anymore.

Its fine to wear heels once in a while .
They tell you not to because it can hurt your back
and your feet swell.

It's okay to wear them. But your feet will be hurting the next day, I was used to wearing them All the time and had to stop. then I used them for a party And ouch it hurt the next day your calves and legs will ache! If your ok with that then go for it!
