What are the healthiest brand cereals you ladies eat or know? Iknow that eating cereal during pregnancy is good too. Is special K one?

I eat kix and honey bunches of oats almonds but I'm so sick of it I went to get my fix of cap'n crunch. But yeah the first two are recommended basically anything that doesn't have a ton of sugar.
