Just for tips its better to drink a regular coke then to drink a diet one ...
Thanks girls:) one of my biggest problems is cokes. I know I'm not supposed to have them but I just crave them all the time pregnant or not. I've cut down since I found out I was pregnant but I still usually have at least one a day. Eating around holidays isn't easy either seeing as there are all those sweets. But with the new year I plan to try low carb, I believe that's Safe with pregnancy so I think that's what I'm going to go for.
I also hadn't lost my weight for my last pregnancy. I just try to eat healthy snacks. Keep lots of fruit and veggies on hand for when you feel hungry between meals. And try to stay away from sugar drinks. Keep a water bottle with you all the time and drink plenty of water. And stay as active as you can. I know that is hard with little ones but I try to take my son out places to walk around, or to play dates or swimming. Good luck!
Remember the baby weight you had took 9+ months to put on keep excerising and be persistent some things we have to work for ... Breast feeding helps loose baby weight eatting vegetables... Try baked food stay away from startch and salty foods but we have our own cravings .... Regardless on what kind of food we eat its still going to be a certain weight or look us mommies want good luck mama don't stress yourself
