heart beat

Im 16weeks pregnant and my babies heart beat is 50beats it rhat normal?

Most doctors want it at 120 or above. If it was only 50 I would question if they found your heartbeat (although that is low for an adult too unless you are very athletic).

It should always be above 100

50 beats is too low and could mean you are going to miscarry. If it's 150 then yes it's normal.

Are you sure doc didn't say 150 not 50 because 120-160 is normal range for baby like stated above. You need to have that checked like now if so. Call your doc and have them repeat the heart rate to you again.

She didn't say anything. Does that mean something is wrong. This is my second pregnancy my first i had a miscarriage

50 beats per minute? No, its not. Is your doctor concerned? Its should be well over 100. Like 120-160
