heart beating to fast..

So I had an appointment last Wednesday and my doctor said that my pulse was really fast it was like 120 but I felt fine.. and I do have a bacterial infection called bacterial vaginosis.. they ran a bunch of tests and they all came back negative which is good but why would it be beating so fast? I'm 27weeks and 2days

My heart is fast like that and I dont feel anything had ekg showed aryyhmia but they dont no why so they did nothing about it

I also have bv but idont think that has anything to do with it that happens to me sometimes when im just Laying down
