heat pack ???

Is it safe to use heat pack fr back pain in pregnancy???

What about those Theru pack Heat thngs for ache.n ?? The patches dat yu just stick on the pain they last a Day or 2

Yep! At l&d a week ago my dr suggested either using heat or ice or both for my backpain and even suggested thermacare heating patches. If using heating pad keep it on low so it doesnt get too hot

A heating pad is ok to use on low temps, do not turn it up on high because it could change your body temp and the temp of the fluid around your baby
