Thanks ladies... I found my self in the er last night because I was trying to sleep when suddenly I felt my breathing wasnt right I got up hands went numb things were getting black and I couldn't breath. I went in had a ct scan done to see if i had a blood clot in lungs but I didn't thank god. But they said I have anxiety thats why I have the chest pressure its scary they said thats normal but I hate that I cant take a deep breath

I was on anti depressants before I got pregnant andgot off of them when I was about 8 weeks pregnant.
I suffered from major depression after i had my daughter.  The first month she was here, all i did was cry.  
I was always tense and Just upset..shaking. I managed to overcome it without getting back on my meds.  You just gotta breathe and take time for yourself.  Don't be afraid to ask for help

I suffered from depression and anxiety with both of my kids my doctor put me on meds
He put me on Zoloft and trazadone.  But if meds aren't for u try getting into programs like good begginings its a great program also for single mother's like myself
