I did at 36 weeks with a stomach virus the doc advised me to take kaopectate. Hope this helps.

About 33/35 weeks with my son I got it really bad. If you are really suffering you can take what you normally would to stop it. I rang the hospital after hours and they told me to take something for it if it was that bad xx
