I had HPV a couple years ago so it wasnt during my pregnancy but it was still a high risk case. I had a colposcopy done and a couple small biopsies. My GYN monitered me for a year doing periodic pap smears. After a year I still had it but the pre cancerous cells were not doing anything so she cut back on how often the paps were done. And low and behold I found out I was pregnant during the second year of monitoring and when I had that pap it came back completely normal. High risk cases dont always do anything. You doctor will just keep an eye on you because pregnancy causes lots of cervical changes. It is possible though that when you deliver your baby, they can actually strip the bad cells off of your cervix on their way out of you. Try not to stress about it too much.
