hot flashes/chills

One minute I'm burning up but the second I take my blanket off I get the chills. My skin feels like its on fire all the time though! Is this normal?

Hapoens to me all the time. I have a big water bottle that I fill and put in the freezer at night so I have ice cold water during they day. This helps me because I can take the bottle and put it to my forehead or neck when I start burning up. Being able to cool down your skin makes a big difference and helps a lot.
