hot flashes/coldsweats?

Hello, I am currently at 10 weeks and I cant find a happy medium temp wise.   If anything, a blanket, a sheet, a long sleeved shirt (sometimes short sleeved) is on me, I become unbearably hot. Then within minutes of taking said thing off,  its like ice. Its almost like im running a high temp, but everyone says I dont feel warm just clammy. Its the worst when  I am trying to get comfortable in bed and early am, but it lasts thru the day.also, I feel wore out thru the day but try not to take a nap because every night I feel overstimulated and cant relax. If anyone has issues like  these or solutions, I could really use any help my next dr appt isnt for another few daysi just would like to get comfortable since my entire pregnancy I have been feeling like poop between these problems and morning sickness. I am 24, I started walking yesterday for exercise, dont drink caffeinated drinks, and snacking thru day with veggies and fruits and crackers

I am 7 weeks 5 days.. I have been having the same hot uncomfortable problem so I take cold showers or change into something shorter or try to sleep uncovered but then I'm so cold. To myself I feel I have a temperature but my husband tells me it's normal and I don't feel hot. It makes it very difficult to sleep or get comfy.
So I take cold showers and try to go to sleep soon after that under my covers before my body starts heating up. LOL I would like advice or something on this too. I don't sleep very much

I'm 25+4, had this all the way through my pregnancy so far. The only thing that works for me is sleeping in my underwear, duvet over me, all 4 windows wide open. It drives boyfriend insane as he complains it's cold

So far ive had to dig out a blanket that breathes really well(it should be used for heat waves), laid down cotton sheets, that blanket, and layered other light blankets on that so I can add/subtract them depending on my comfort, sleep in a bra and undies, take a shower and have a washcloth on my head  if I cant sleep. It lightweight works but id love to know  what the hecks goin on so I can find a good remedy instead of this annoying routine
