I think its the heat. I'm from Texas, the valley, and I remember it getting pretty hot. I'm living in Arizona where temps get up to 110. I can't go for a walk without wanting to puke. A couple weeks ago we were outdoors, and I was in the shade but I still puked everything. I was well hydrated too but the heat still got to me.

I live in louisiana and it's hot as all get out here too. With it being so hot and with being pregnant you need extra water. It's not only your your drinking for its you and the little one. They say if your in the heat you need to at least drink done water every 15 minutes to stay fully hydrated. I had to keep peanut butter crackers on me at all times to help with the low sugar. So that might help you too.
Happens to me all the time its no fun :( my Dr told me its low blood pressure heat and walking around can lower it and make you faint. Make sure you rest a bunch and drink lots of water and that your eating enough. Hope this helps good luck. :)
Thanks ladies I dont think i was dehydrated because I drink lots of water thats actually the only thing I drink so im kinda worried it might of been something more hopefully it was just the heat and nothing I need to worry about thanks
From the heat and probably heat exhaustion from the walking. Make sure you hydrate with more water and maybe try lying on your left side to let your blood flow go back to where it needs to be. Good luck!
You could have been dehydrated, over heated, or had low blood sugar. I get the heat. I live in Texas also and its already in the 90s every day.
