how do you ladies deal with low back pain ?

Yesterday morning I started having lower back pain and it got worse throughout the day that I went to the hospital and they told me everything is fine with my baby and that I wasn't having contractions so they sent me home. Then like 4 hours later the pain came back and it was so bad that I just broke down crying. I took Tylenol and felt like it didn't work and I also put an ice pack on my back and nothing seemed to work. So I went back to the hospital and they told me that I probably had muscle pain. I'm 35 weeks. I'm so tired I just want sleep but the pain is not letting me rest :/

Yoga and stretching works wonders. Also, use heat, not ice. Ice is just going to make your muscles tense up, not relax. Try the child pose and stretch your arms as far as possible. It makes me feel a thousand times better.

Ask your doctor first but there are tons of great stretches to relieve low back pain. A lot of lower back pain is actually cause by tight leg muscles so stretch out those legs too! I'm right there with you at 35 weeks and I've just been making sure to stretch in the morning. Hope that helps!
