how far along in pregnancy do you feel movement

so I'm 6ft and I've always had a consistent weight of 128.4  and have always worn a size 2 which by average I'm "underweight"  however I know I'm very healthy I see my doctor at least once every three months. anyway I recently found out I'm pregnant #1 however I'm unsure of how far along I am due to my very irregular periods that I have always had which my doctor has determined the cause is my leanness. I have seen no pattern whatsoever but going off the last one my best guess is I'm between 8 and 10 weeks along. I am very in touch with my body and I know everything about it including what gas feels like and what is normal or not. so for the past I wanna say two weeks I have been feeling what feels like little bubbles that's the best way to describe it. its random spurts of bubbles like in a fish tank that send very light vibrations almost too soft to feel but I know they are there. yesterday my hubby was resting his hand on my lower tummy and he said he could feel them so now I know I'm not crazy however today I am feeling what I think is the baby moving or even swimming inside me. its almost as if a tiny hand is sliding its hand across my insides. its not constant is about once every half hour or so and I know there is no way its gas. So my question is am I going crazy or is it possible I really am already feeling my baby moving?

I felt slight movement with all 3 of mine at about 18 weeks... unless i layed really still for ages then i felt it. But generally 18 weeks where id distinctively know he or she was moving xx

With my first I didn't feel any movement until I was 19 weeks. This is my second and I'm only 10 weeks and I haven't felt anything yet and I probably won't for a few more weeks.

I don't have an obgyn yet. I'm waiting for a referral from my doctor. I didn't find out I'm pregnant until about 3 weeks ago and it's because I got so sick I couldn't do anything but it only lasted a week

Maybe, if you were further along than you thought. I'm pretty lean myself and didn't feel anything until 16 weeks. Even then they say typically you don't feel anything until 16-25 weeks. Maybe even 13 weeks you might start feeling something. They didn't do a dating scan on you?

It could be feeling blood rushing if the placenta is more anterior. Or even muscle movement to accommodate a growing uterus.
