i have lost it
i am going to be 27 weeks pregnant. i have 89 more days to go. i can't work right now because my doctor has me on high risk pregnancy. my mom knew this. all my money is gone. got an apartment and because i have been working and buying food and some baby things i have no money left. my mom said she was going to throw me a baby shower at the end of this month. i asked her not to. but she said she will. now she tells me she can't because she doesn't have enough money too because my sister wants to buy a $300 dollar phone and my mom won't have enough money to buy baby shower things after that because of the rent and everything else. i don't have a lot of baby things. i have some clothes a bassinet and thats about it. some things that target gave me for registering. my babys father can't even find a job. he had a couple but he had to quit them because he had no way of getting to them. my babys going to have nothing. i don't have anything tog I've her and I'm so upset. the baby shower would have helped a lot and now i have nothing for her. i can't go back to work. i have tried and my doctor told me no i can't work. i can't believe this is happening to me. i don't want her to live like this. idk what to do anymore.

you might not want to do this but you can get welfare just until you can work again it will take about a month for the money
Its OK other ppl have it worse relax don't stress to much it isn't good..I hope u stay strong for ur bby..but ur sister should wait for her $300 dollar phone n ur Mom should think a lil on wats more important rite now
There is definitely help depending on where you live. You should try going to social services and applying for low income or tell them you can't work and they should give you some sort of help either cash aid, food stamps if u qualify
i don't want to do welfare i begged my doctor to let me work and she keeps telling me no that my body won't handle it and she doenst want me to go into "premature labor" but i need money for her. its scaring me. my mom told my sister if she can wait my sister said nothat she wants the phone now. i don't even have a cell phone thats how low on money and on things gave up on. i don't have a phone but she has on a nice one but she just wants another one. my mom is just giving her what she wants and my mom yelled at me because I'm stressing saying I'm being over dramatic. it ***** so bad :'(
i have wic but i live in california and can't apply for them until i turn 22. i just want to work and i can't :'(
And just because ur mom can't afford to get u anything doesn't mean u can't still have a shower... have ur own if u have to...I did and it went just fine... good luck
yeah I agree with Evawelch you should just throw your.own do your own thing you dont have to do anything big just invute some people over see if they can bring some food or something it will.all work.out but you should just go.to.the county even though you dont want to cause I have to do.it also but I dont wanr to but thats the only way imma be able to get my baby things just until I work again its going to be harder on you if you dont
U might not want to do welfare but u need to realize its no longer wat u want to do its wat u need to do for your baby if u have a way to get some type of $$ in the house hold u need to set aside your pride n do it for your unborn child that's part of being an adult not like u will be needing it for long just un till you u go back to work after baby is born your baby needs things and if you can't rely help from others u need to do wat u have to do because no matter what your baby is relying on you!!!

pray to god he will help you! god helps alot of people im sure he can help your boyfriend get a job that he will go to. when preparing to have a child everyone should have back up plans just incase this stuff does happen. :)
I live in cali also they will let you get cash as long as your 18 older and 22 it's for food stamps just go to your local welfare office it's really simple you and you bf could apply together.
Google search it for the state u live in or ask a friend its different for each state so it depends were u stay on how to apply but I'm sure u can Google it and find out good luck mommas hope everything works out for you!!
ok I'm going to start doing it right now. thank you ladies i hope it works out for me. so far i have wic. i tried applying for food stamps but they told me i couldn't until i was 22 but i turn 22 next week on monday
yeah and they still are gonna give you food stamps also since you turn 22 next week

Hi, sorry for bumping this but my bfs mum.cant work due to PTSD so she sell things on ebay and makes a normal working persons wage from it. I pray for you and your family it ***** when money is tight and I find it admirable that you want to earn a living for your little one hope you feel better soon xxxx
