extreme sharp pain this morning.
Im 17 weeks and this morning when I was sleeping I rolled over and all of a sudden felt this extreme sharp pain in like my ovaries area cant really explain it...ive been feeling the stretching pains for a while now which im used to but this pain was a lot stronger...theres no bleeding or anything and it has only happened once anyone else experienced this?
Its called round ligement pain its ur body streaching .. there awful shap pains but they get worse as u go futher into pregnancy .. i have them too all the time :( but do exactly as "surpisedashell "says that helps alot .. staying calm is very helpful cus its normal good luck
Yes I have. I drank lots of water, put my feet up and just stayed calm, concentrating on my breathing. It helped a lot. Think of it like a pulled muscle.
