Healthiest way for your baby is on your left side. If you are sleeping on your back my nurse reccomended putting a small pillow under your right side (so you are slightly tilted left)
Im 20 weeks on Saturday. Ive found something called a snoogle pillow. It is wonderful to get comfy on. They have ones that wrap all the way around for support
