im pissed!!!!!

So my husband is currently 6 hrs away from us becuz he is going to school in ny at the culinary institute. When I hit 33 weeks I started speaking to my doctor about an elective induction ans when it was available? He told me no earlier than 39 weeks. I understand that completely. Im not trying to rush it and cause my child any harm. Im not doing castor oil becuz of the bad effects it could cause me or my child. But now that ill be 39w on Thursday, I asked the doc about being induced Thia weekend... and he told me NO!!!!! Im pissed. After all this time ans now it comes to being able to be induced, he tells me no!!! Im so afraid mt husband is going to miss the birth of our son. He missed our first son becuz of military reasons and although I understood it, it s.u.c.k.e.d. completely. These are suppose to be momenta we can share together. O yea and my doc said o well I can let the hospital know and of they have space available they can call u!!! Excuse me?? Really?? He's the doctor,  they aren't... im just so pissed.

A lot of hospitals require you to schedule it in advance. I was told I wouldn't be induced because they were booked full for a month solid. I ended up being induced a week past my due date with only about 15 minutes notice because someone cancelled.

At my drs they only did it a week in advance if you need it.

I didn't know they had to set it up so early..  and I brought it to his attention at 33 weeks. God I hate male doctors. I know that at some point it's for the safety of the baby... and u get that... but they don't know what its like to carry another human being in your body!!!

I had to set my induction up a month in advance so that they had room for me. Ur doctor should have had u scheduled in advance. My due date was yesterday and if my son doesn't come this week I get induced on the 10th. I hope they can get in u soon.
