implantation bleeding

hi,
i have a form of pcos where i don't ovulate this is my only difficulty, as i use to be on birth control i don't know whether it is still the repercussions of this.

i am on a long 38 day cycle, so my last period was on the 21st of february, i am currently 8 days late but 2 weeks ago i had light pink bleeding when i went to the toilet this lasted for 3 days and on the fourth brown old blood. when i have sex i bleed the pinky blood a tiny bit.

is it to early to do a pregnancy test because of my long cycle or should i request a blood test from my gp?

Sorry I hit post to early. I would take a home test and see what it says and if it is negative I would call your Dr for a blood test

I also have Pcos and am on metformin. I had a very regular 27 day cycle after I stopped my birth control in October. My last period was February 21 also and I was supposed to start on march 20th. I took a test the day iI missed because I was anxious and it was positive! I'm die November 27th!
