off roading?
I'm 11w pregnant and I went off roading all the time before I got pregnant. is it still safe to go now?
Talk to your provider. I grew up on atvs and my midwife says if it's something your body is already used to you're fine. But do take it a little easier and stop if you start cramping or it feels rougher than you're comfortable with. I rode atvs my entire pregnancy with my daughter, as did my sis and sis in law through their combined five pregnancies. All our kiddos are perfect and healthy.
