Got it real bad, my sinuses burn. At first i had blood, now its just constant stuffy nose.

I have bad stuffy bloody nose every single day since I got pregnant!! My husband got me a Vicks Humidifier that I run at night and an Air Purifier during the day time. It helps!

Saline only works for a few hours but u can use it as much as u want unlike decongestant sprays. I use ocean saline all night lol I'm 34 weeks

Sinuses are terrible while pregnant. It's normal. Mine were awful for my first 20 something weeks. They've gotten a lot better though.

Yea happens to me to I gotta have a fan on so it helps me breathe at night

I've been putting vicks on my chest and that seems to work for a little, but then i wake up and can't breathe.

Constantly congested. Only thing that helps me is vaporizer running round the clock and scentsy burners with Vicks vapor rub in them
