is hiking too much even though I feel good

I'm 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant with twins and my roomate and some family members say I shouldn't go hiking it is too much strain on my body and babies but I feel perfectly fine before , during and after the hike? Should I be concerned or just keep on my regular routine ?  They ate scaring me saying I will miscarriage ! Your opinions and thoughts would help !

I probably would if it was a single pregnancy but with 2 its more strain on your body i would wait a few more weeks before resuming normal routines.

I was always told that as long as ur body is used to doing stuff like hicing then go ahead. It's just like if u start out a runner then u can continue doing so. Just don't over due it and listen to your body and u should be fine. A lot of ppl will tell u not to do something just cause ur pregnant cause there paranoyed.
