oh so right now its fine? i mean i just feel the symptoms and im going to Ob-gyn tomorrow to make sure if i am.
so if i was and im 20 months i can only lay side ways?

Around 20 weeks of pregnancy (some Dr. might tell you a little earlier), they will tell you to only lay on your sides, preferable the left side because it promotes blood flow. At a point you wont be able to lay on your stomach because it will be uncomfortable for you. Later on in the pregnancy, the baby gets big and it will put a lot of pressure on your diaphram and so forth to lay on your back so they will tell you to lay on your side. The easiest way to lay comfortably on your side when you are further along and have a decent sized baby bump is to use a pregnancy body pillow, it will support your neck and knees and can be used to help with your back also. If you really feel that you need to lay on your back you will have to prop your knees up (have them bent) with a pillow under them and prop your body up with a pillow to stop the pressure of the babies weight.
