is it safe to use vicks????
Hi ladies am 28 weeks and I feel like am catching a cold....I haven't been able to sleep for the last 2 night cuz I can't breath is it safe for me to use vicks or how should I go about using it or any tips on how to get over this I can't functinn with out my sleep.

I USE A NIGHT LIGHT THAT THROWS VICKS VAPORS IN THE AIR. I HAVE PLUGGED IN ON MY SIDE OF THE BED. BUT I ALSO USE BABY VICKS AND RUB IT MY NOSE NEAR THE NOSTRILS. I GET CONGESTED A LOT AND IT HELPS
