I usually fo what Thatdeannachick said and it works for me. I'm also 32w2d along.
Im 19 weeks and finding it harder already to crack my back. I just grab something and twist my back itusualy helps

I lay back against something just holding myself up with my arms and I twist. That usually does it for me. :) or if I lay in bed and cross my left leg over past my right and just stretch as far as I can and then do the other with the other leg. That always helps.
Sit in a chair that has a hard back and just. Lean back it may not get all of it but it will atleast get some and then stand up put urge hands in fist put them on and push as your leaning back that's how I pop mine
