is there any way to know

I am now 37 weeks, is there any way to know that baby will come before 40 weeks?

oh in the UK the midwifes tell you full term is 37w...
well like you said, baby will come when ready. :-)

@ashlii00 it changed this year full term is 39 weeks not 37. This is the last year doctors are able to tell patients its 37 weeks. There is still a lot of developing for the baby at 37 weeks

In the US full term has been changed to 39 weeks, as there is still a significant amount of development that takes place in those extra two weeks, however some drs do still consider full term to be at 37 weeks and will not stop labor at that point. Many ftms though do go over the 40 weeks and there is nothing wrong with that. Baby will come when baby is ready

I dont think there are anyways to know but just relax and wait baby isnt even full term until 39 weeks

No way to know. I had lots of signs of pre labor from 37 weeks on and she was born at 39 weeks and 6 days. I thought she was never gonna come.
