issues :/

So i had the lil one the 10th of feb. And its almost been 3 weeks now, im exausted to be honest and its makeing me really cranky.... i dont know what i can do to help this, its the wakeing up every 3 hours thats doing it. I really dont have any help cept my 80year old pops that will feed the baby so i can put laundry up or do dishes or something real quick and then back to full time mommy. I wish i just had some help, her dad works nights n we dont live together and when i do see him he expects me to do everything when takin care of the baby. I go over there so he can help me n i get hardly any help, just as much here at home when my bf ismuch more capable than my pops. I finaly chewed my bf out for it lastnight but idk what hes gunna say cuz he worked and is still asleep.... i just need 1 day of rest :(

Is there anyone else close by that could help you? If so don't be afraid to ask for help. Being a new mommy is stressful. Especially when you're doing it alone. I think I cried just as much as my son did in the first month lol just give it some time. You two are getting to know each other still. You wont be super mommy overnight. It took me and my son about a month and a half to find what worked.

I felt the same way when I had my son. There were so many things I could be doing when he was napping. Eventually I just would nap every other time he napped. I made a schedule. I would sleep during his morning nap, shower/eat during the next one, nap during the next one, eat during the next one ect.

Ive asked my mom to come over several times n she says she will yet she never does and she lives NEXT TO ME so its not hard to get over here. I mean ill give it a try agin i guess but idk what good it will do. I wish my grandpa could help more but i understand, i left her with him for an hour to go to walmart the other day n when i got home he said she cryed the whole time and when i checked her diaper he had put it on backwards (after raising 4 girls) i think his alzheimers is just getting to bad.

My mom isn't the best at the grandma game either. Contact the hospital where you had her. Some hospitals offer new parent support groups and programs.  I know here we have a program where a person comes to your house and teaches you about being a parent, time management, and how your little one is developing.
