just a question about af

i miscarried on the 18th of august naturally miscarried at 7 weeks. i stopped bleeding on the 23rd august what date do i go by to even try and work out when im due my first af i know it might take 4-6 weeks but what date to i go with ?

hi thank for your comment. No i wasnt asking when im due my af i was just wondering what date to count from my af is usually regular but i havent had any sign of my af starting thats why im trying to work out when i should have 1 i counted that if i go with the 23rd i should have af latest the 3rd or 4th October. i just wish it would start so i could feel like everything going back to normal.

Are you asking when your AF is due??  It is hard to say.  I would think you could count from anywhere between those 2 dates, or even sooner (or later).  Sorry, I know that's not much help, but these things vary widely.

I know how you feel, though; in Sep 08 I got pregnant right after a m/c and didn't know what date to base my pregnancy on.  It was really frustrating at first, but they did an u/s to estimate my due date.
