Long story short i recently became a victim of fraud and now i owe my bank almost $5000. This whole situation has made me feel so depressed :( i dont know what to do. Im 31 weeks pregnant and i know me feeling like this isnt good for my baby but i cant help it. In a way i feel like im failing as a mother already because im not able to provide for my baby :,(

I agree with Sorenr. If you were the victim of Fraud then you should be able to report the fraud to them and then they look into it and refund you what was taken from you.   You shouldn't have to pay that back.   I know here once its reported the funds are usually back in your account within 2 weeks.

If you were the victim of fraud why do you have to pay back the money? Maybe the banking system is different in your country, but I would be fighting them over that...

And fyi, your not a bad mum. Because you already care so much for your baby. Be proud of your self for knowing that. :)

You can pay them back in increments. Tell them about your situation, then ask if you can pay them about a hundred a month. Im in a some what similar situation but not as far along. They may be able to let you do that.
