If I ever have a son, I will get him circumcised. It's just healthier. For him and his further partners. What blows me away though is how most women that get so heated about this and refuse to hurt their son like that, will rush and their little girls ears pierced at 2 weeks old. Smh lol but yes I honestly thinks it's healthier. One of my exes was not and he had problems all the time because of it.
The baby will feel it and it does hurt they do numb when they do it and for two days every time the little guy pees he will cry bc it hurts just clean it off put vasoline on it to keep it from sticking to the diaper and comfort him! I had my first done and I will have this one done they will not remember a thing as far as my 3 year old knows that is what it is suppose to look like
My son is not circumcised and he's 7 we have never had any kind of infection at all. Our pediatrician says when the child is small sitting in the bath tub for a bath is good enough for cleaning it. The fore skin doesn't retract right away anyways and you don't want to force or because it can hurt him. His has just started getting to the point where you can pull the skin back some and he's been shown not to force it but wash it. It's your choice but I think it's crazy to say a child doesn't feel it but just my opinion. Good luck
I think if my baby is a boy he will be. My babys dad wasn't when he was born, but ended up having to get it done at a young age. He said he suffered and cried, so ours will be done when it's born instead of waiting a few years
My son is he was born 9 days ago and everythings fine and healed he never even cried when he peed!:)
My son is and he has no issues it looks fine and if i have another he will be too the doc did great. But my friend son had hers and to be honest it looks really messed up and she had a female doc (your obgyn does the circumcision) i would talk to your doc and asj if they have ever messed one up because my friend is very upset that she had to hand her bby over and he came back messed up down there. Go off your instint. They can make the decision later if they want it done anyway.
If I ever have a son he will be,my husband said he'd make sure of it being as how he didn't get circumcised then had to at 12 years old.it doesn't hurt them when they are little bc they numb the area and it's healed up in a few days.every male in my family and my hubby's is circumcised and no one has ever had a problem..most people would argue that it doesn't cut down on infections but it's actually proven that it DOES.its also a lot for a little boy to have to care for specially when they are young.also people say it decreases sensitivity if men are circumcised but my hubby can tell you that's no where near true either.instead of wondering about the opinions of the women on here I'd talk to both circumcised and uncircumcised men and form an opinion from there.maybe even talk to or search for some men that were uncircumcised at birth but then later had to be.im sure there are some somewhere on the Internet stating their experiences:)
My son is. He had no issues after having it done. Its a personal preference. My husband is and any boy we have will be.
If I have a boy I am not going to. All the boys I know are not and never had a single infection or any problems. One lady I know had it dobe to her son and he got an infection and cried every time he peed cuz it hurt. I know that doesn't happen all the time, just in my opinion there is no point. And it hurts them.
Bump!!! There are a lot of opinions on this subject. Im not in this too much cause im not having a boy this time.
