ketones in urine

What does it mean when urine have key tones in it?? I'm 34 weeks and my doctor says my urine has some. He didnt say much can it harm baby???

I drink plenty almost a gallon (I keep track) can this harm my baby??

I eat a lot so I can't Ne starving I eat 4-5 times a day from 2am on up!

Not quiet sure, thought it was a sign for diabetes. .... when I was in my 1st trimester I developed them & my doc said I was pretty much starving. Because of  that, my body started to break down & feed off of itself to provide for the baby. Told me if I didn't stop losing weight it would harm the baby. Scared me so I started eating plenty & have been fine ever since.
