Thanks i will definitely try that :) Katie is such an amazing kid though she always wants to be with me she drags me all over the farm to show me things nd they have kittens in their garage that r still with momma nd next week they r going outside when they r all done with their momma right now she is trying to get them to drink water then they r done but anyway Katie always takes me to play with her nd she has a hard time cause of the baby i can't do trampolines i can't play ball cause I'm afraid it will hit the baby and idk what else to tell her so we walk nd play don't break the ice or other quiet games or watxh movies so its hard to feel like I'm being fun for her

I was told to not carry nor lift anything that is over 25 pounds. That was by my ob and doctor

Yeah that could be a problem lol try giving her an activity to keep busy. Make a list of things that she can find in the woods back there like sticks the size of her feet or smooth rocks or certain color/size leaves and make a scavenger hunt, bring a little box or Baggie to collect her findings in and then craft with them later! When I nannied that was the kids' favorite thing to do in the fall. You can have her use sticks to make trees on paper use her finger prints in paint as the leaves and the rocks you can paint and use googly eyes and make "pet rocks". Sorry lol 8 years of being a nanny and 12 years of babysitting has turned me into this walking project ideas guide lol

It doesn't hurt to carry her its just when i get tired i stop and she isn't that heavy i was lifting more at work on a regular basis and I'm used to it but i was just curious and as for a bike we walk through the woods in her back yard

Why not have her ride a bike or scooter or something while you walk? And weights you can lift is totally depending on what you used to do before pregnancy. I'm still working lifting roughly 50-60lbs at my job but most of the time less than that and my dr told me that as long as my body was used to the work duties before pregnancy then I should have no complications but I know my body so do what's comfortable for my body. Most drs ive talked to say the same thing but again every dr, woman, and pregnancy is different so not saying carrying her is fine for you but if you're worried ask your dr and if it hurts at all then don't do it and that goes for everything.

Some kids are tiny even though she's 8, 40pds is the usual for a 5/6 year old.. but I agree tell.her to walk she has the energy, she most likely just wants extra attention
