They wouldn't let me up cause my contractions weren't regular enough and when they were they were 25 seconds apart. Her heart rate was also a concern to then cause it kept dropping. I was in labor 9 hours before my c section

Some doctors do. And they have you walk around. Or on a ball

They hook you up with an iv and pitocin. Your contractions start and they monitor them and your blood pressue. I wasn't allowed out of bed besides to pee

I'm 41+2 and I have no indication of labor so I thought until I had a non stress test at the hospital and I was having them 2 minutes apart but couldn't feel anything at all ! The nurse thought I was going to be back in later that day and that was two days ago . Still not feeling anything and my son hasn't dropped at all so they gave me an appointment to get induced monday but they think I'm going to need a csection ... :/

When will they induce you? Im 40+3 too and my dr hasnt talked about it yet. Tuesday is when i see him so well probably se up a date then. I lost my mucus plus about two weeks ago. And i get a lot of stomach tightening and on and off some very mild cramp like pain. But nothing big enough to say 'omg theres a contraction!' lol its just an annoying little pulling sensation
