labor????HELP ASAP

ok so i just called my 24 hr nurse line n told them i had a white creamy mucusy discharge... beein havin bck pain n my stomach gets pretty hard...... the told me to call 911 due to it might be baby.....
omgggg... but since im scared of going by ambulance i think.ill wait a bit n hear your advice.... last monday i was 0 dilated an 0 enfacced ..... and im 37 weeks and 5 days ....
help advice or opinions on what you think

thanks girls ill try the relaxation because it happened before but without the mucus plug thing... plus i noticed bby went more south
because i can actually feel.my ribs like theres little wholes where the top of my tummy was..... o.O
and ill def keep updating

better to be safe and sure then be in labor and not go to hospital it sounds like u lost ur mucas plug dont feel embaressed ur prego goin to the hospital for ne reason is what ur suppose to do whos cares if its for no reason there drs its there job good luck!

You can definitely try relaxation techniques.  Try a warm bath and laying on your left side.  Tylenol is also considered safe for the normal healthy pregnant woman.  Also you can try a heating pad for your back.  If it is labor, none of these things will help and you need to go in.  Don't be afraid or embarrassed.  So what if it is nothing yet.  False labor is actually very common and it's better to be safe than sorry.

And yes, your stomach does get hard when you are having contractions.  Braxton Hicks are normal but I do not agree when people say they don't hurt.  I am expecting my 8th baby and mine hurt and are painful at times.  So if you notice your stomach get tight and then kind of release that tension, I would consider that a contraction.  If the relaxation techniques don't work, and the contractions become more intense and become regular, you really need to go in.  Just because you are only 37 weeks, you can def still be in labor.

yes she was shes not due till the 24 th but but my doc dosent want me to go past the 20th.....
i might go in once hubby gets ready n ill update in a few hrs...

Then maybe u should go just to make sure? Was she head down ur last apt? I would maybe just go to ease your mind so ur not worrying and stuff

what also worries me is that my bby is not moving as much n when she does i feel her very low n not as strong ive been drinkin juice orange then apple n nothing .....

my stomach does come with pain but no cramps.... i will be so embaressed if i go in n its nothing..... plus taking my kids to my sis in law n come bck in a few hrs..... an say it was false alarm....

Hmm well ive had creamy discharge for about 2 weeks plus back pain for almost a month on and off sometimes so bad I can barely walk and my stomach gets super hard like braxon hicks but they r painless.. im 40&2 & still no baby :/ lol idk i would say its really nothing because I have the same things.. but I could be wrong I would wait untill u start having pains maybe to go to the hospital but idk up to you clearly lol hope i helped

the truth i dnt knw what contractions feel like until.im in active labor... with my other pregnancies ive just felt back pains n pressure ... but no kramping like ive seen other women post.... n ive never seen a mucus plug...... and this is my third pregnancy

Are u having contractions or is ur stomach just getting hard? Because ive had those symptoms for weeeeks
