I had a ton if newborn stuff and he barley got to wear any thing .. as for diapers at that size he went through 2 boxes of newborns and was ready for 1s.. ul Def need a few outfits jus because of  changing them so much. . I suggest a carseat cover also if baby will b born soon they r soooo nice to have!

you definitely need much more than that!! as for clothes I wouldnt get TOO many newborn sized outfits. more 0-3 month outfits especially if they say your baby will be 8lbs at delivery. you need wipes and pacifiers and bottles even if u plan on breastfeeding. I would suggest Dr.Browns bottles. do u have a bassinet or crib? you will probably need a crib instead of bassinet if your having a big baby. and the hospital won't even release you unless you have an infant carseat thats put in correctly. a stroller can probably wait but I got one last night just to be fully prepared. you definitely need much more than what you got. idk how far taking you are but if your passed 30 weeks you should definitely get the ball rolling with getting everything together and ready just dont stress yourself out over it!! good luck mama.

Is this for hospital bag or home? If its for the hospital bag you dont need diapers. Or that many clothes. If its for home. I would stick up more on diapers wipes and clothes. With my daughyer by time she was born I had 6 months worth of diapers and wipes. Babies go through 3-4 dozen diapers a week so I stocked up.

What do you mean by a couple diapers? 1 box, 2 box? My daughter is 3 weeks and she's gone through 3 packages of newborns and half a box of size 1. When it comes to clothes:they sleep alot at first so keep them comfortable.  I only dress up my daughter if I'm Taking her somewhere.  Washcloths, receiving blankets, swaddling blankets, wipes!!,. Even if you're prepared, you'll find yourself realizing you need this and that still.with a baby you can never have enough of one thing.
