Nope there's no medical reason to do so but I'm being induced tonight maybe because I've been 1cm and 50% effaced since my first time being checked for dilation and effacement @alisonk170
You've given me a lot of hope because I want have a vaginal birth but it doesn't matter as long as the diva gets here safely and healthy @maybaby3
Most doctors will not induce you until after 40 weeks unless there is a medical reason to do so
I went in to be induced with my first son and was not effaced or dilated still did a vaginal delivery so good vibes coming your way!!! Good luck!
Thank you, and its hard to answer that question really because everyone situation is different my due date is 10/14 but my doctor sees I'm not dilating or effacing anymore, I might end up with a c-section if the meds don't help me dilate and efface more @mommyofkade
My doctor told me she would induce because I was ready and because I'm not making progress on my own @wayfunmommy
Congratulations! & if you are not dilated by the time of your due date, they induce you? I'ma ftm.. Lol
Why are they inducing you early?
