Calcium and potassium. Tues and bannas. I had horrible Charlie horses in my legs and feet my first pregnacy. I hope I don't get them that bad this time. I use to cry in my sleep.
Stand whenever your having a cramp and they'll go away instantly! But ***** having to wake up and stand :/ my massage therapist told me to put ivory bar soap at the foot of my bed in the sheets and it takes them away! Old wise tale but heard it works!

Get magnesium pills from the supermarket. Helps heaps with cramps.
When it starts, press your foot against the wall or bed or something. Anything to make your foot flat. I couldn't stand up with mine, they were bad. But making your foot flat will relieve it QUICK.

I agree with eating bananas! Cramps normally mean low potassium. But in that moment it normally helps me to pull my toes up toward my knees. Just like stretch them upwards. It helps ease the pain. I don't know if I'm explaining it right lol sorry.
