dont know if its okay since I read that lemon juice is not good for sperm.....I know im already 9mos and he's almost here I just want to make sure its safe?? I wanted to put a couple drops in my water.?

I always get water with lemon, or iced tea with lemon and I squeeze the juice into it. No problems with it. Its safe so go ahead :)

I drink my water with a slice of lemon in it daily. I'm 31 weeks now and have never had a problem.
