lower back pain relief

Does anyone know a trick to help ease lower back pain. I am only 24 weeks and have had lower back pain for three days now, I have tried a warm bath, tylenol, heating pad, and ice. Nothing seems to help and I can't get comfortable I need to find some sort of relief before it interfers with my job.

Any tips for when I am at work, I can't seem to get comfortable no matter if I sit or stand for a little while and I have a desk job I have tried switching chairs and having the chair in all positions possible it can be in. Normally I wouldn't complain about back pain but throw that on top of swollen feet and migraines that don't ever want to go away I need relief from one of them or its going to be a long third trimester.

At night or when at home, gather a bunch of pillows and make a big nook on the couch or in the bed with all the pillows along with a heating pad and movie or something relaxing. I find that by using a body pillow and lying on my side at night and propping the heating pad on my lower back with another pillow works alright.
