making baby move??

So I'm really super anxious for what I believe was the first time yesterday early morning I felt my baby kick and you could see it but it was just that once so since yesterday I've been waiting all day for more kicks and... nothing I can feel her move but no kicks not like that one and after that I'm sort of sad I just want to finally really feel and see her kick so I was wondering if any of you ladies have any tricks or ideas as to how I can make my baby kick or any advise on if maybe it was a one time thing anything would be nice I would really love to hear from you ladies :)

Well it sort of worked, thank you! I did feel her kick hard but not enough to make it be seen that long it was like a quick hard tap that made my tummy jiggle lol. Congratulations on your baby as well! Oh how the time must go by so slow the closer you getting to your perfect baby

Mmmm yeah I'd try cold things, ice cream. Usually you have to lay down an hour after eating or so!

You can drink cold or hot things, that doesnt seem to work with mine. Pressing cold or warm things on your belly might work. Talking and reading to my little one seemed to do the job to. If you want to feel your baby he/she will have the most movement on your lower abdomen for the first few months until shes bigger but nefore you know it your tummy will me like a mexican wave where he/she is changing position. Congratualtions on your baby and i wish you the best of luck :D i have less than two months left and it feels like it has taken for ever to get here haha x

I'm 19 weeks with no bump. But I felt movement a couple days ago. Like bubbles really. It wasn't gas. Then I moved my fingers all over the lower part of my belly then pressed down with a bit of pressure and I felt movement. Well I hope it was movement and just not my heartbeat from my finger tips lol but it made me happy :)
