medical question??
Do you have to have a social to apply for medical??? My mother in law needs to be seen in a ER due to ovarian pain, but she has no insurance or socail and don't wanna pay out of pocke...she currently has the family pac green card but they are not accepting it ???
she can apply for emergency access only but im not sure if that will cover but you can def try. you dont need social to apply for that
You can go to an ER regardless. If it's an emergency, they will see her. But yes she needs that info for billing or it will cause major issues later for her.
Legally the ER cannot turn away anyone and have to accept you even if you cannot pay.
