milk? egg? patte?

I have scrambled eggs and tin tuna once week which i know you can have no more than 3 a week but apparently your not aloud scrambled egg or cows milk which is what i make scrambled egg with ??? So gutted u cant eat scampi cooked like bags of it or pâté :(

Where r u guys hearing that about liver?  im on my 3rd pregnancy and Ive never heard that.

You right there... Big no for liver, i dnt know abt scampi but prawns are fine as well as long they cooked...
Hun there is some things u should avoid when pregnant bt little bit of this or that aint gonna hurt anyone, besides liver products i been eating absolutly everything and i have  11 weeks heathy baby... U need little bit of everything trust me thats better for baby than avoid most of the food :)

I know pate causes birth defects as for animal liver etc in so gutted i love it :( not sure about scampi though :/ i know prawns etc is a no but i like scampi used to eat bags of it buy it from asda sling in oven mmm

With tuna i agree but cows milk and eggs..?? who ever told u that DONT LISTEN HUN :) eggs are perfectly fine as long cooked proply just coz of risk of salmonella and cows milk as long u not allergic to it whats the problem in fact u and the baby need calcium. Go for it dnt listen nonsense :) x
