mirena coil

I have had 2 coils fitted, first one moved(caused alot of pain!) and second one fell out. Doc rechecked to make sure it was all gone and it was. i spoke to her about how i feel....depressed,upset,tired,sick,weight gain, sore breasts and she said it was normal to feel this way as the coil releases the hormones that make you feel this way.

I have no coil 2 weeks now and did not bleed until 4 days after, heavy bleeding very similar to period although doc said i would not get a period until 30 days aftr the day it fell out.

I still feel exactly the same but hormones seem worse, gettin very upset and angry for no reason and crying uncontrollably (sometimes!)

Am i pregnant or is this normal?

i am afraid to do a test as i would love another baby and i have felt let down by negative tests.

Please help!!!

Hello everyone I've had my coil in almost 2 years now. I've had a laparoscopy because I was experiencing severe stomach cramps. My gyne discovered nothing except that my coil had moved and an ultrasound could not locate it , I've recently been experiencing bloating nausea and back ache I was wondering if I could be pregnant ? I usually have spotting and mild bleeding twice a month but nothing for over a month now :s

i had my mirena IUD removed in Aug because it was causing problems and pain. 2 or 3 days later I had very bad bleed I was told that you bleed bad because your uterus is returning to normal and cleaning it''s self out. it is not the same as a period, but similar. as far as being pregnant it is posible to get pregnant immediatly after having it removed, but it takes some people several months! I was'nt trying to get pregnant, but not avoiding pregnancy and got pregnant in Nov, although before that since i had it removed I was having irregular periods, so I may have gotten pregnant sooner if my cycles were'nt off! Good luck and wait a few weeks then take a test!
