months trying and weird cramps in my stomach

i have been tryin for a baby for months but this months i have lower stomach cramps on and off throughout the day and cramp in my lower bak and a clear white discharge which i dont usualy get until just b4 my periods start i also felt sick the other mornin and night just for a min or 2 but was not sick. I am so desparate for a baby could i b pregnant or is it just wishful thinking?

I have weird tugging cramps in my lower stomach and i also have been ttc for sometime now i had my period on the 10th it was gone by the 16th then on the 19 i started spotting then it stopped then i started spotting agian on the 22nd and now these weird tugging feelings in my tummy do u think it could be that i might be pregnant??

Hi,
I am late almost 6 weeks and sometimes in the mornings and also right before i go to bed  i get very nauseaus and my stomach feels like empty or hollow and even if I eat my stomach starts making all those growling sounds. I feel like my stomach is bloated but weird thing is I haven't had many symptoms of pregnancy considering that I'm very late. How late are you?
