more active ??

I'm exactly 20 weeks and my baby only moves kinda at midnight, ugh I hate that ..is there away I can make my baby more active in the daytime??

It's not the best way and don't drink it too often but coke works for me. Or soda/fizzy drink. But they are high in caffeine and sugar. Also I have been told ice can work. I'm 21 + 3 and my little one is very very active. It could be your placenta is in the way. This means iron may take longer for you to feel more movement. I wouldn't worry too mu child yet  movement can usually be felt anywhere up to 24 weeks for some women.

I heard orange juice makes babies move but I don't know anything from experience because I'm only 16 weeks with my first.
