It's not the best way and don't drink it too often but coke works for me. Or soda/fizzy drink. But they are high in caffeine and sugar. Also I have been told ice can work. I'm 21 + 3 and my little one is very very active. It could be your placenta is in the way. This means iron may take longer for you to feel more movement. I wouldn't worry too mu child yet movement can usually be felt anywhere up to 24 weeks for some women.
