Is there anything i can do to get rid of morning sickness?

I'm in my second pregnancy. My first one I was so so sick puking throughout the day this thine I so far only have nausea. But ginger ale(no store brand) helps tremendously!!

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that studies have confirmed that ginger is effective in helping to reduce nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.  Zofran is also a good medication (I see lots of the other ladies have used it with good success--me too).  If you don't like medications, try frequent small meals--only eat what sounds appealing.  Avoid smells that bother you. OR Vitamin B6 plus Unisom is a good over the counter combination.

Zofran twice a day... Unsalted saltines before getting out of bed... Ginger tea...

Have you tried Sea Bands?
Some say to take b6 with half tablet of unisom, but keep in mind that will have side effects like constipation and dry eyes/throat. Use caution with any medication.

for me zofran, crackers, clear liquids, and soups/broths help LOADS.!

I found out that after six months of nausea, i had a bad case of acid reflex. I took a medicine for two weeks and had to go on a upsetting diet, but now at 25 weeks i can keep food down and am finally gaining weight back on. Throwing up everything you ate really ***** i know, the one thing i heard that made me feel better was knowing that the sicker you are the stronger that means the baby has over your body. Im coming up on 22 weeks and this week is the first week I havent threw up at all, and its only tuesday lol..  i had it very bad in the beginning to where ive only gained 2 pounds... I tried ginger ale it work momentarily but the only thing that helped me was time
