I went to a heavy metal concert when I was 6 months pregnant with my first born! He was dancing around in my belly but it didn't hurt him! I laid my jacket on my stomach to be safe cause of the loud noise but if I did that I don't see where a movie theater would hurt! Concerts are wayyyy louder!

its fine. i asked my doctor this monday because this weekend we might go to the movies if my babys daddy does not work. but she said it was fine. my baby hates loud noises. in the car when we turn the music up she moves like crap and its super uncomfortable and hurts sometimes but it so funny and cute to see her react to all the loud noises. :)

Thanks ladies. I really do need to go enjoy myself. My daughter is 14 months old and I havent gone out once and left her with a sitter. So she'll be with my husband while me and my friend go out to eat and see a movie. Im so excited (:

I went to a concert 36 weeks pregnant. Lol had a great time aside from.the fact that I sat most of the time and he was in my ribs. Baby's fine. It will be fine:) go enjoy yourself.

Don't worry about it, it's fine. I went to see Lone Survivor a while back and the only problem I had was baby was up in my ribs the whole time! So it was very uncomfortable lol. Hope you have a good time and enjoy yourself!! :)

Naah. They can hear but there's so much cushioning from your abdomen, uterus, and amniotic fluid that I wouldn't worry a bit about just one movie. If you were working 40 hours a weeks with a jackhammer that might be different - but you're good to go.
