need advice please

hey ladies. been a long time since i came on here.  baby thomas id now 17w 3d. he doing really well. he's now 16lb 4oz and he's rolling and laughing.  i need advice about myself tho. i went on injection 11 weeks ago. im due to have my next one around the 27th april. since being on injection tho ive suffered with bad period pains and my periods are only 2 weeks apart and last for 2 weeks. but my last period lasted 3 weeks. i came off it 3 days ago and now im bleeding again and have bad back pain.  i asked nurses for a smear test but they wont do one cause im only 19 and you have to be 20. but its stupid cause im gonna be turning 20 in 3 months. im not sure if its to do with the injection. i did ask the nurse if i could go back on the pill but she wouldn give it to me. so now i dont no wa to do. the pain is horrible but not bad enough i need to goto hospital. but its the bleeding that worries me. please any advice would be great. thanks

my breast hurt so much i dont know wat to do,i did hot compress to dry out my milk but my boobs is so flinty and hard ,is there anything to do?? plz plz help.i didn't breastfeed my baby and i wanna dry it out

Congrats on your wee guy! Have you had the injection before? It stopped my bleeding altogether but left me with really flat moods..no tears but no joy either. I had the mirena after my second and what a difference that made to me, I had it for 4yrs, no periods, normal moods, I loved it!! Everyone reacts differently to different contraception so I would personally kick up a fuss with the doctor pointing out I have a small baby to care for...lay it on thick, tell them your moods are suffering and you're at the end of your tether with it, if you know that the pill works for you then do whatever it takes to get back on it. Happy mums = happy babies!! :)
