I found out I was pregnant yesterday. I'm thinking about 3 to 4 weeks. But I have been having sharp pained under my breast and at my ribs. Also anything I eat makes me sick. What to do???

I tested at 4 weeks, I used two tests at the same time of two different brands to make sure and they both showed positive FAST.

Not true. I took a test exactly when I was 4 weeks pregnant and it showed up fast

My last period was Feb 3rd. With seconds both blue.lines accord

Usually side pain is a result of being dehydrated so make sure you are replacing the moisture lost due vomiting. You'll be fine. 3-4Weeks is pretty hard to show up on a test so you most likely are a bit farther.
