she lives on flat land so there really isnt any bumpy roads out there.. i told her to get her car and run over those yellow things on the floor alot lol
If she is interested, she can do an online search of her area of resources that provide alternative natural therapies for induction such as chiropractics and accupuncture as well, but those could get costly.
The bumpy roads work but make the contractions come on they hurt esch bump made one so they just seemed lime one verey long painful vontraction
yep she tried the canned.. she says shes in the shower and the babys head is right there lol... omg... but shes i told her to try red raspeberry leaf tee and to keep walking up and down the steps
Did she use fresh pineapple and not canned? It has to be fresh. I have never been through this.. though I might soon so I have kept an open eye on advice just in case I need it soon. Somethings that I have heard that are safe is, driving on bumpy roads, squats, warm baths, eggplant parm, eating spicy foods, bouncing on exercise ball, walking a lot, and walking up and downstairs until you cant anymore.
Lots of walking and squats.
Nipple stimulation.
Evening primrose oil.
Red raspberry leaf tea.
*DO NOT recommend castor oil, unless that has been given permission by her doctor or midwife only. This is risky for the health of the baby (as the baby can have its first bowel movement in utero and get meconium stuck in its lungs and need a NICU stay) as well as the mother, as it can cause dehydration.
